a busy domestic blog of knitting, sewing and all kinds of needlecrafts, cooking my garden produce and preserving it

recipe testing

Hopefully this page speaks for itself - what I'm aiming to do here is test out my cookbooks. Some are my own, ones I've bought or had given as presents. Some are books received as review copies for OurBookReviewsOnline, for these there is a link to the overall review. Anyway I want to test some of the recipes- see how feasible they are, how difficult sourcing ingredients is and how much we liked them. Obviously it's not fool proof - one person's mildly spicy is another's flaming hot after all - but hopefully it's interesting and perhaps helpful.

Below are links to entries on this blog specifically aimed at testing recipes from books.
The book review links take you to OurBookReviewsOnline, my jointly-run book review blog.
